OVERVEIW

                Brahms : the boy 2 is a horror thriller movie directed by William Brent Bell and written by Stacey Menear, this movie is direct sequel of movie the boy (2016). Brahms: the boy 2 was released in the United States by STX entertainment on February 21, 2020, and received generally negative reviews from critics. Run time of this movie is of 86 minutes.

Ratings and collection

                          This movie was not at all satisfying, script was not good however acting of jude and liza was commendable. 

But audience found this movie boring and slow. IMDB rating of this movie is 4.5/10, it's only 10% fresh on rotten tomatoes. Budget of this movie was 10 million USD, while it's overall collection was only 20.3 million dollar.

Plot explanation

                 Brahms the boy 2 movie starts by showing a family of Sean, his wife liza and their son jude. Sean used to be very busy with his work so he used to come late at home. One night liza and jude where alone at home, when some robbers came to their house to steal, in the meantime liza got hurt on her head, and jude was traumatised by that so much that he even stopped speaking. Five months after this incident  Jude haven't spoke a word, and even liza was disturbed due to nightmares, sean was very upset for his family, so he rents out a house at a peaceful place. So that his family can relax. New rented house was nearby  Heelshires' property. While exploring the woods, Jude finds a porcelain doll buried in a shallow grave in the ground and dusts off the dirt before deciding to take him home. Liza and Sean believe he is using the doll to express his feelings but it becomes more sinister with the doll laying down his rules. Jude becomes withdrawn in his room, carrying the doll with him wherever he goes. Jude use to talk to doll so it horrifies liza.

             
                          Soon liza and sean knows about horrible history of this evil doll, and story of this horror doll was narrated to them by joseph ( caretaker of heelshires property) even his dog was missing because brahms don't like dog, and this was said by jude on behalf of brahms. Later that dog was found dead in woods. However now story focuses more on jude and liza, jude was once missing with his doll, so joseph suggest that he might have gone to heelshires property, so sean and liza quickly runs towards that house, there they see that jude was holding doll and he was wearing same porcelain mask like that doll, liza grabs hand of jude and jude comes out of illusion created by brahms spirit.
